We’re here to inspire change

Join the LEON coliving movement
L: Let Life
Trusting life means to live in harmony with nature and each other. To allow for synarchy and synchronicity - like in the bee hive.
E: Expand my soul
The new way of living supports self-realization and self-expression. It makes me more align to my souls highest purpose.
O: Open my heart
Coliving is proven to increase self-compassion. An open heart leads to togetherness and a sense of belonging.
N: Nurture my body
A healthy body full of life energy. My home is a safe harbour where to nurture my self and my family in the way my body is designed.

Things we are proud of
Draknästet
“Vad hände sen?”
“It was fun to share my story about Draknästet, Entreprenörsspelet, Stanford, coliving and Ängsviksgården in Swedish television.”
Watch episode 5 of “Draknästet - vad hände sen” at SVT Play, with Lisas story starting at 10 min.
IKEA
Pod
IKEA produced the podcast The Oracle to be launched at H22 City Expo: “Lisa Renander is an innovator and entrepreneur who started scandinavia’s first co-living. In this episode of the Oracle she will be talking about how the growing co-living movement can be a tool to battle loneliness as well as a step- towards a more sustainable way of living.”
Listen to the episode on IKEAs website.
Emerald Insight
Reserach
“Qualitative findings suggested that increased psychological flexibility and self-compassion encouraged co-living residents to be more vulnerable and trusting, which enabled communication regarding one’s needs and enhanced mutual social support and relationship quality. This, in turn, improved overall boundary management, work-life balance and well-being.” This was a study initiated and organised by our founder Lisa and the Tech Farm Team in 2019.
